Calling All Adoptive Parents Who Have Adopted in 2010
It has been a little over a year now since the earthquake devastated Haiti. Recently, a documentary aired on Hulu called, "Adopting Haiti" about the days following the earthquake. We would like to hear from you if you brought a child home following the earthquake. Please send an update email, along with photos to families@forhisgloryoutreach.org. Shortly after the January 12, 2010 earthquake in Haiti, filmmaker Timothy Wolfer arrived at our orphanage, Maison des Enfants de Dieu. This powerful documentary tells the story of survival following the earthquake and the struggle to evacuate the children to their adoptive families in the U.S. Be sure to watch it on Hulu.
Tawnya Constantino, a neurologist and adoptive mother, was at the orphanage in the aftermath of the earthquake and appears in the documentary, along with her husband, Greg, an FHG Board Member.
