i am not sure all the changes are good changes. i have heard that on the upcoming trip families cannot even have their children at the hotel but have to visit them at the orphanage. and the trip is very short. a lot of money for not much in return. why don't they want the kids at the hotel? why aren't they welcoming families to stay longer? some families don't even know if they are suppose to travel or not. no one seems to have answers. as someone who has previously adopted from haiti i'd want to know these things.
My prayers go with each of you as there are clearly a lot of opinions and emotions flying arround adoption and this change. I am encouraged by the changes I have heard about - do all you can to protect the kids and the process!!
